Ads tout karate as good way to prevent your son from being gay

Karate-lessons

There's a long and infamous tradition of homophobia in advertising (see: any number of Super Bowl spots from the last couple of decades), but these print ads from ad agency Zubi in Miami may have hit a new high (low?). The message couldn't be clearer: Get that Nancy boy out of Mom's bedroom and into a karate class. Man him up! But he was having such a lovely time on that frilly four-poster bed testing out Viva Glam retro red. Dad's a buzzkill! I might not be surprised if this works for the RDCA martial arts academy in Key Biscayne, Fla., just really disappointed. Via Copyranter.
