Moo moo. Chick-fil-A is giving out free chicken in a promotion that might well be the summer version of Halloween. On Cow Appreciation Day (July 10), those who dress up as a whole cow will receive a free meal at any of the chain's 1,450 participating locations. (That's breakfast, lunch or dinner, by the way.) Those who chicken out and don only some cow attire (a dotted scarf, purse or hat, for instance) will get a complimentary entrée. (Come on, isn't it more fun to go completely "moo moo"?) Now in its fifth year, the promotion includes an online contest where the best-dressed adult and child cow will win a year's worth of Chick-fil-A products and, for the kids only, a $1,000 U.S. Series EE savings bond and digital camera. Just remember, while you're at it, say "Eat mor chikin" for some extra brownie points.
