Grab your Hawaiian shirt and a cocktail with a little umbrella in it, because tiki bars are back. Whether it is Luau in Beverly Hills, the newly reopened Trader Vic's in Chicago or Tiki Temptation in Philadelphia, Polynesian-themed bars and cocktails are closing in like a tropical storm. And Skyy vodka is ready. Last week it launched its pineapple-flavored Skyy Infusions, which is "bursting with the exotic taste of the islands." Pineapple is the second most popular tropical fruit after bananas, according to Jason Daniel, senior brand manager at Skyy. It's a perfect fit because "of the resurgence of Tiki bars all over the country," he says. "The economy is bad so people are looking for a vacation every day."
