Choosing rock, paper or scissor never had such consequences. Amp Energy will give $20,000 to one lucky spring breaker at Panama City Beach, Fla. next month. After preliminary rounds at 20 campuses and 12 qualifying spring break events it will come down to one final match. The USA Rock Paper Scissors League and mtvU are on board with the promotion which wraps up March 21. USARPS league commissioner said in a statement: “They may have used their heads to get into college, but they’re going to use their fists to pay for it!” Assuming they select rock.
